Shipping: Can I pick up my pledge from your store/office?

Sorry, we’ve designed our fulfillment system to deliver directly to customers, and it isn’t made for manual pickups from our office.

Shipping: Will my order(s) ship in one box/all at the same time?

After the campaign, you will be sent a survey via BackerKit, which will allow you to confirm your pledge and select your color choices. We will try to ship your entire pledge all at once, but some products may ship sooner than others depending on the finishes of your units and add-ons selected.

Shipping: Who is responsible for paying for shipping, customs duties and taxes?

As a backer you are responsible for the cost of shipping. The shipping rate for your base pledge and all accessories will be automatically calculated based on your shipping country.

For US Backers - We will need to collect sales tax from backers located in select states. Sales tax will be charged/collected via BackerKit after the campaign ends.

For European Union Backers - We will need to collect VAT from all backers located in the European Union. VAT will be charged/collected via BackerKit after the campaign ends. Pledges will ship to EU backers via our Netherlands warehouse, so EU backers will not need to pay any import duties or additional fees at the time of delivery.

For Rest of World Backers - Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States or European Union will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Any such charges will be collected directly at the time of the delivery by the carrier. Nebia has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to Nebia). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for replacement shipments or refunds.

Install & compatibility: Will the Nebia by Moen Quattro work in my country and what are the install requirements?

The Nebia by Moen Quattro can be installed anywhere in the world. The shower screws on just like a normal showerhead, and the handheld version can be used with a waist-high shower and many slider bars. As long as your setup meets the minimum water pressure requirements (at least 20psi/1.4bar) and temperature requirements (at least 115°F/46°C), you can install the Nebia by Moen Quattro. Be sure to review the compatibility requirements prior to ordering. If you are still unsure, email a few photos of your shower setup to support@nebia.com, and a member of the team will be happy to help.

EUROPEAN COMPATIBILITY: Quattro is natively compatible in Europe. It also ships out of our new EU warehouse, saving our European customers on duties and shipping! European backers have supported Nebia since our first campaign. There are thousands of Nebias installed across Europe. Historically, the design of Nebia has meant separate SKUs for Europe, sometimes with more difficult installations, and our volumes dictated shipping these products from our warehouse in the US. With Quattro, Nebia is universally compatible. Whether you have an overhead shower, or hand shower set up, Quattro can work for you!

Note: Quattro does not ship with a slider bar (frequently found in European showers with waist-high water inlets). However, it works with many slider bar models. To guarantee it works with your slider bar, we recommend measuring the top portion (or widest end) of the holder. A slide bar holder measuring anywhere between 0.85 - 0.90 in [21.50 - 23 mm] in diameter will work with a NbM Quattro Handshower.

Australian Compatibility: Nebia is finally natively compatible in Australia! Just take Quattro out of the box, and install it. Australian backers have been enthusiastic supporters of Nebia since our first campaign. Historically, the shower system design of Nebia has meant separate SKUs, and installs for Australia. With Quattro, Nebia is universally compatible. Whether you have an overhead shower, or hand shower set up, Quattro can work for you! Just unscrew your current shower, and install Quattro.

Install & compatibility: How long does it take to install?

Nebia by Moen Quattro was designed for an easy DIY install and uninstall, making it perfect for renters! To install both showers, just unscrew your old showerhead by turning it counterclockwise. Install & compatibility: Do I need to hire a plumber or a contractor?

No need for a plumber or contractor! The installation is super simple and takes the average person less than 3 minutes. Best of all, there’s no plumber needed. As long as you can unscrew your current showerhead, then you can install Nebia by Moen Quattro easily. Be sure to watch our installation video for full details.

Warranty: What are Nebia by Moen Quattro's warranty policies?

North America: Nebia by Moen Quattro showers sold within North America are covered by Moen’s Limited Lifetime Warranty (see details here: http://bit.ly/NbM-warranty).

Outside of North America: For all units sold outside of North America, Nebia provides a 180-day warranty from the original date of delivery. The warranty is non-transferable but extensive, covering the full replacement cost of all defective part(s) and finishes, excluding shipping costs and tax or import fees. Nebia will provide the replacement components necessary to restore the Nebia by Moen quattro back to good working condition. Nebia will not be responsible for labor charges, and/or damage incurred in installation, repair, or replacement, nor for incidental or consequential damages.

Product Qs: What material are your products made from and where are they manufactured?

Various metals such as premium brass and zinc, high-end precision plastics, and silicone rubber make up the shower chassis. The Quattro’s shower ball is made of brass to ensure a robust and lasting connection. Best of all Nebia by Moen Quattro is made even more eco-friendly by being the first shower ever to use Recycled Ocean Plastic, recovered from previously discarded fishing nets.

Pledge Management & Add-Ons: How do I add items to my pledge?

You have the ability to add items to your pledge via the BackerKit survey flow by purchasing additional “Add-On” items. These items are available to Kickstarter backers at discounted prices exclusive for Kickstarter backers. Any items you add on to your pledge will not be charged until your pledge is locked (a few weeks before shipping).

Pledge Management & Add-Ons: How do I select the color of my item?

During the BackerKit survey flow, you will be asked to select your color choices for the item in your pledge as well as any additional add-ons you select. Please note that if you pledged for more than one Nebia by Moen Quattro unit, you can select the color of each additional unit under the add-on menu. You will not be charged an additional amount if you have already covered them under your pledge. If you wish to select additional units that are not covered under your pledge, you can also add them to your cart here (and the outstanding balance will be shown when you checkout) Please note that the shipping schedule may vary based on the color you select.

Pledge Management & Add-Ons: How do I pay for shipping?

Your shipping fee was included as part of your Kickstarter pledge based on the pledge tier and shipping country you selected during Kickstarter checkout process. If you change your shipping country or add additional items to your pledge via the BackerKit survey, your shipping fee will be automatically recalculated and (if greater) you will need to pay the difference between the original and new shipping fee.

After the campaign ends, you will no longer be able to make changes to your Kickstarter pledge via Kickstarter. You will, however, be able to make changes or updates to your pledge via your BackerKit survey.

Pledge Management & Add-Ons: How do I make changes after completing my survey? (color selections, shipping address, add-on items, credit card information)

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses (color selections, shipping address, add-on items, credit card information)at any time before we lock your survey a few weeks prior to shipping. If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under “Lost your survey?” on our BackerKit project page. If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support via our BackerKit project page. You’ll receive an email notifying you ahead of your survey being locked, so you can review your responses and make any final changes if necessary. Once your survey is locked, you will no longer be able to make changes to your order.

Your survey will be locked when we are preparing to ship the first item in your order. You’ll receive an email notifying you ahead of your survey being locked, so you can review your responses and make any final changes if necessary. Once your survey is locked, you will no longer be able to make changes to your order.

If you choose to add additional items to your order via the survey process, you will be asked to provide your payment information. However, your card will not be charged until your order is locked prior to shipping.

My pledge contains a Handshower version of NASA. What do I need to know?

Please note:

  • The Handshower-compatible version of NASA is still in the development stage and undergoing design changes. The final design and ship date are still TBD, and our best estimated shipping timeframe is currently late 2021 or early 2022.
  • If you'd like to hang tight and wait for your Handshower-compatible NASA, we will go ahead and ship your Nebia by Moen Quattro (and any other add-ons in your order) per the standard shipping schedule and send your NASA at a later date once available. If you'd prefer we wait and ship all of your items together once the Handshower NASA is ready, please email us at support@nebia.com
  • We will send you regular updates on the design and delivery timeframe of the Handshower NASA via our Kickstarter updates and directly via email. We will also notify you ~2 weeks prior to shipping out your Handshower NASA.
  • If at any point you decide you'd prefer to cancel your pledge for the Handshower NASA for a full refund or apply your credit to a different product, simply reach out to support@nebia.com and we'll be happy to adjust your order.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
