We are so excited to announce that our 5th Kickstarter campaign is LIVE! Just a few minutes ago, we launched Nebia Towels and we wanted you to be the first to know about it.

Back in 2015, we had a big idea – to create a shower that dramatically saves water while delivering a superior shower experience. We took that idea to Kickstarter, not knowing what to expect, and were blown away by your response.

Fast forward 7 years… We have successfully launched four Kickstarter campaigns and received backing from over 21,000 backers. Our products are in over 70 countries and more than 100,000 homes, and our community has saved over 400 million gallons of water! This would not have been possible without you. 🙏

While our origins are in water savings, over the past three years we have re-imagined other vital parts of the shower experience, ranging from shower curtains made from rPET to bath mats made from a quick drying stone-like material.

Like all of our products, we knew that if we were to make a towel, it had to be a product with good design, great user experience, and better for the planet. That's why we set out to create a new kind of sustainable towel. One that gives you everything you want from a towel, and more.

The Nebia Towel is our most important innovation in years, and we couldn’t be more excited to launch it on Kickstarter, where we got our start.

Shipping updates for EU backers and more 📦

We hope your 2022 is off to a great start!

We’re writing with great news, almost all Kickstarter pledges have been fulfilled. Woo! 🎉

A few weeks ago, the remaining Quattro and Earth Mat pledges shipped for our European Union backers. The final batch of NASAs for the Quattro Rainshower shipped out last Monday to EU backers. If you have not yet received yours, it should be arriving this week. 

Thank you again for your patience as we navigated numerous shipping challenges and delays over the past several months. We are thrilled to finally be able to get these pledges in your hands and we can’t wait to hear what you think of your new Earth Mats, Quattros, and NASAs!

Read if you have not yet received your pledge! 🛑

If you have not yet received your pledge, one of the following situations probably applies to you:

1. You pledged for a NASA for your Quattro Rainshower and are located in the EU. If this is the case, your NASA is on its way to you and should be arriving shortly.

2. You pledged for an adjustable shower arm for your Quattro Handshower. If you are one of these backers, you should have received an email with details on the replacement of this product and you will receive a follow-up email with more information shortly.

3. You pledged for a Moen and/or Nebia Accessory from the BackerKit survey. Any remaining BackerKit add-ons will be shipped out in the next two weeks.

4. You have yet to complete your BackerKit survey. As a reminder, this is a required step in order to receive your shipment and should take only a few minutes to complete.

You can access your survey by clicking the unique link in the survey email sent to you by BackerKit (Subject: “Response needed to deliver your reward for Nebia by Moen Quattro - 4 powerful shower modes, 50% savings”). If you have not received this email, click here and submit your Kickstarter email address and it will be resent to you.

Why we make water-saving showers 🚿

Our goal in making a shower that people love, and uses less water, is to make the decision to save water a one-time choice for people. When you install Quattro in your home, water and energy savings become automatic and this one deliberate shift to your environment can forever reduce your footprint.

This is especially critical after one of the driest years on record in many parts of the US, and one of the warmest around the world. Throughout 2021, we saw the effects of that with widespread water shortages, poor air quality, wildlife death, and crippling fires in many regions of the world.

Amongst this disheartening news, it’s very encouraging to see innovative products such as ours begin to garner more public attention. Recent awards such as Gear Patrol’s Best New Home Product of the Year and features in major publications such as the Wall Street Journal are strong indicators that there is starting to be a shift in the way the public thinks about “good products.” 

We're seeing more and more customers such as yourselves voting with their dollar, and supporting products that have the potential to change the world. By pledging for Nebia by Moen Quattro, and using it in your homes, you are helping us scale the impact of the Nebia community like never before. 

In fact, thanks to backers like you, in 2022 we will save more than 100 million gallons of water from Quattro showers. To put that in perspective, that is enough water to supply all 130+ million people in Mexico for one day or enough to fill 152 Olympic Swimming pools! How crazy is that?? 😲

Whatever your flavor of celebration this season, we wish you a holiday filled with joy and cheer as well as some much-needed rest and relaxation. You deserve it!

We have some shipping updates for backers who are still waiting on items, namely international backers, Earth Mat backers, and Nebia Adjustable Shower Arm (NASA) backers. If you are still missing an item, please refer to the table below:

We are very sorry for continued delays on some items. The supply chain and global shipping challenges have continued to throw curveballs at our operations team on a weekly basis. This truly has been an unprecedented set of obstacles. We ensure you that we are doing everything we possibly can to get you your pledge as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your patience. Earth Mat Update - They're Shipping!

If you’ve been reading our updates you know that our highly anticipated Quick-Dry Earth Mats were caught up in the global shipping delays. In fact, they were stuck at the Port of Long Beach for weeks and there was nothing we could do but wait. After many weeks of frustration and daily calls to our shipping company, we are very excited to have started shipping out Earth Mats to U.S. backers this week! 

Since Monday, we have shipped out 4300+ Earth Mats. If you are waiting for one please keep an eye out for an email confirming shipment.

Rainshower NASA Update

If you backed a Nebia Adjustable Shower Arm (NASA) for your Quattro Rainshower, please continue reading. If not, you can jump ahead.

As mentioned in our previous updates, the NASA for Rainshower had some production delays over the past few months. We made the decision to absorb the cost of air shipping the units to greatly reduce the delivery timeline and keep us closer to the originally reported date of delivery.

The good news is that the NASA for Rainshower has been shipping to U.S. and international backers and we expect fulfillment to wrap up within the next week.

We are doing everything we can to ship these to you before the end of the year! You will get an email with your tracking information when the pledge ships out.

Handshower NASA Update

If you backed a Nebia Adjustable Shower Arm (NASA) for your Quattro Handshower, please continue reading. If not, you can jump ahead.

As mentioned in our previous updates, we decided to change direction with this product. We have emailed all backers who pledged for a NASA with their Quattro Handshower with specific details on the replacement, the Moen Adjustable Shower Arm, which offers several benefits. The email was sent on November 15th with the subject line “​​Update on your Nebia Adjustable Shower Arm”. Please check your inbox for the full details and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

BackerKit Survey Reminder

94% of backers have now completed their BackerKit surveys. As a reminder, this is a required step in order to receive your shipment and should take only a few minutes to complete. To ensure you receive your product in a timely manner and avoid delays, please fill out your survey by Thursday, December 23rd.

Quattro Chosen as One of the Best New Home Products of 2021

We're ending the year with some good news -- Nebia by Moen Quattro was chosen as one of Gear Patrol's 10 Best New Home Products of the Year! Gear Patrol loved the fact that it "takes all of 180 seconds to screw on", "has the look and feel of a premium showerhead", and "makes your shower a miniature spa." 🎉
